Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Carl has been attending CFO and JFO camps since 1961 and PacRed since 1989. He holds a degree in Choral Music Education from NAU and has led the music program many times over the years at PacRed, Lassen, and Autumn camps. We are grateful he will be sharing his love for singing with us throughout the week! |

Dennis Johnson, a long time camper, has been providing piano accompaniment at CFO and JFO camps for over 30 years. At his very first camp, he experienced a demonstration of unconditional love which has kept him coming back ever since. Since retiring as a teacher of English as a Second Language to adults in San Francisco, he and his wife Marsha have been living in the Gold Country near Placerville, CA. He stays active as a textbook writer, musician, and gardener. |

RHYTHMS:

Hello fellow campers. I look forward to being with all of you at camp this summer. I’m especially excited to serve as Rhythms Leader this year. My family and I attended our first camp in 1988. I loved every part of the experience then and still do after all these years. Coming out of a lifelong background in athletics, movement, gymnastics, and dance I was especially enamored with Rhythms at that very first camp. I had a chance to lead Rhythms for the first time in 1990. I loved it! I have since had the great privilege of leading Rhythms more times than I can count, which included wonderful experiences at each of our 4 JFO camps. This has truly been one of the great joys of my life. It thrills me every time I get to share in exploring the many ways we can use movement, play, laughter, dance, and our love for each other to open our hearts and deepen... body, mind, and spirit. See you out on the field soon! |
